These are the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and Doggymate that you agree to be bound to by upon becoming a Doggymate member. Please read them carefully and if you do not agree with them, please do not register as a member. The terms are subject to change by Doggymate at any time. Please note that Doggymate reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason.

Doggymate operates as a service for adults only, to become a member you must be at least 18 years old. Please do not attempt to register if you are under 18 years old.

As an adult, you are solely responsible for any information contained in your Profile and all of your communications with other Doggymate members.

By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions below:

You will not use Doggymate to post or transmit offensive materials including offensive language or sexually explicit materials (including photographs).

You will not knowingly post false information in your profile, or pose as another person.

You will use Doggymate's services for personal communication only and will not engage in or promote any commercial enterprise through your Doggymate Dog profile.

You will not harass others by continuing to attempt to communicate with someone who has clearly asked you to cease communications.

All information contained in e-mails should be treated as confidential. This information cannot be forwarded without the previous consent of the original sender of the message.

You will not use Doggymate to send junk mail.

You will not include identifying information, in your Profile.

Doggymate reserves the right to suspend any member who violates these rules. In the case of Profiles, Doggymate may hide the Profile if it is judged offensive until the offensive portion is amended. Doggymate may also freeze the contents of a profile if it includes identifying information.

Doggymate is not responsible for any information or materials posted or transmitted via the service. This agreement outlines behaviour that is unacceptable on the service, but Doggymate is not responsible for ensuring that members follow this agreement. Doggymate does not review the content of private e-mail messages or screen the Profiles posted by Doggymate members and accepts no responsibility for resolving disputes between members.

The links on our site to other sites operated by other parties are not under our control. Following a link to other sites is done at your own risk. Any advertising appearing on those sites is not an endorsement by Doggymate.

All material & information in Doggymate is copyright and may not be used in whole or part without the permission of the Doggymate proprietor.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances will Doggymate be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of the Doggymate service. In addition, Doggymate disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users.
